I am a Manhattan-based artist who is a journalist by day, painter by spare time. :)

My art is mostly inspired by nature and architecture, particularly that of NYC. I love painting scenes that I’ve witnessed with my own eye - bonus if my reference is one of my own photos.

LilPortfolio came along as a way for me to house all my work digitally, via Instagram. I made my handle @ lilportfolio to define exactly what my account was going to be - just a portfolio for myself and for close friends.

But then I took to TikTok and strangers began requesting my art. It was a big and wonderful surprise. Could I actually make something of this?
